Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Operations Partner to drive cross-functional marketing initiatives with senior leadership, shaping how the organization operates and scales. This high-exposure role emphasizes ownership, analytical rigor, and strategic execution in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You'll oversee daily Marketing Operations, develop dashboards, and coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fast-paced environments (MBB, boutique consultancies, startups, or scale-ups).
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field (e.g., Business Admin, Economics, Engineering, Marketing).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional marketing projects with alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Support Head of Marketing Operations in planning, special projects, and performance analysis.
• Oversee day-to-day Marketing Operations to ensure continuity and high execution.
• Develop and optimize dashboards and reports to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and leadership for prioritization and alignment.
