Pacific International Lines (PIL) in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our global team. You will manage customer contracts, act as a focal point for sales, and help drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market share in shipping and logistics.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or logistics, hands-on customer service experience in shipping, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in customer service within shipping or logistics.
• Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation is essential.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Download and process daily booking requests for customers.
• Ensure requests are promptly attended and routes/weights/POL-PODs are accurate.
• Coordinate with Documentation and Sales teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain customer files to ensure consistent PIL service.
• Follow up on bookings from regular customers to meet timelines.
• Provide excellent phone and in-person customer service.
