Elempleo is seeking a Market Transition Lead to scale market service delivery and integrate new businesses across functions and market units. The role coordinates transitions across business units in a market, supporting large-scale organization transformation and coordinating with the Integration Management Office when applicable.

The Market Transition Lead is pivotal to scaling Market service delivery, integrating new businesses, and supporting large-scale organization transformation across Functions, change management, and market unit/ country level work transitions coordination. Role manages market level transition - including migrating work processes or implementing new service delivery models—across business units in a market. Plays a key role in M&A integrations/ divestitures with the Integration Management Office (when applicable). Partner with strategic Third-Party Service Providers (e.g., BPO/ ITO/ KPO) for execution of successful transition outcomes for the business.

Essential Skills and Qualities:

• 5+ years’ experience in transition/project/change management within shared services or outsourcing environments.
