INGEPSY is seeking a senior project manager to drive global BPO operational change. Reporting to the COO, you will plan, orchestrate, and execute post-merger integrations and cross-regional initiatives, standardizing processes across sites and time zones.

You will partner with IT, HR, Finance, Legal and Operations leaders to remove bottlenecks, deliver data-backed visibility on project health, and achieve financial synergy milestones for the enterprise.

Formación

• Experience leading global or multi-site programs.
• Proven track record in post-merger integrations.
• Ability to harmonize operations across regions.
• Strong stakeholder management across IT, HR, Finance, Legal and Ops.
• Data-driven reporting on project health and milestones.
• Senior leadership collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the operational vision into concrete project plans and track execution across all global delivery sites.
• Hand-hold post-acquisition processes by mapping, aligning, and merging operations, infrastructure, and workflows of acquired companies.
• Standardize internal operating procedures across geographies to eliminate silos and duplicate workflows.
• Manage the logistics and realities of internal rollouts, balancing time zones and regional requirements.
• Work with department leaders to identify and track project dependencies across IT, HR, Finance, Legal and Operations to flag bottlenecks.
• Provide senior leadership with data-backed visibility into project health, financial synergy targets, and milestone achievements.

This role acts as the primary operational engine driving internal change across the company's global BPO footprint. Reporting directly to the COO, this senior individual contributor role focuses on project execution. You will personally plan, orchestrate, and execute high-stakes internal initiatives including post-merger acquisition integrations, cross-regional projects, and global operational standardization.
