EXL is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead infrastructure, cloud, networking, and managed services initiatives. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience in tech environments, strong English communication, and a proven track record in managing complex programs across cross-functional teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid

• 7+ years of project management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Prior experience with MSPs, managed infrastructure services, cloud service providers, or networking companies (Must).
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud, networking, and datacenter environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and collaboration with network engineers and infra teams.
• Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and managed services initiatives, partnering closely with engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a strong background in project/program management within managed services, cloud, infrastructure, or networking environments, as well as the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver business-critical projects on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure, cloud, networking, and managed services projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams while ensuring alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to achieve delivery objectives.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Prior experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), managed infrastructure services organizations, cloud service providers, or networking companies (**Must**)
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud, networking, and datacenter environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and the ability to work effectively alongside network engineers and infrastructure teams.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, or managed services delivery projects.
• Exposure to VMware technologies, datacenter infrastructure, telecommunications, or network operations.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or other Project Management certifications.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in highly technical environments.
