MySavant.ai is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Bogotá to oversee logistics teams and optimize performance. You will guide Team Leads, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements across the operation to meet client expectations and SLAs.

You'll coordinate staffing, coach leaders, review reports, and handle escalations, ensuring consistent procedures and strong collaboration with senior leadership.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising Team Leads or managing multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of logistics workflows and performance management.
• Experience managing KPIs, service levels, productivity and quality metrics.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Team Leads and maintain visibility into performance of Logistics Coordinators.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, quality metrics and productivity trends.
• Hold regular performance reviews and alignment meetings with Team Leads.
• Ensure coaching and accountability to Logistics Coordinators.
• Review reports, identify recurring issues and risks, and implement improvements.
• Handle escalated shipment issues and client concerns requiring senior intervention.
• Develop action plans to improve efficiency, quality and productivity.
• Coordinate workload distribution, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
• Ensure consistent application of procedures and client requirements across teams.
• Communicate results, risks, and improvements to senior leadership.
