Nassau National Cable, a U.S.-based e-commerce distributor, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Medellín to connect customers, warehouses, suppliers, and carriers. This role focuses on communication and service, with growth into dispatching, PO review, and carrier rate negotiation.

You will handle track & trace basics, freight forwarding, and reliable order movement, requiring strong English, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to juggle multiple shipments and priorities daily.

Formación

• Background in logistics, freight coordination, dispatching, or supply chain.
• Working knowledge of track & trace and freight forwarding basics.
• You're not afraid of a high volume of calls, emails, and texts; it's most of the job.
• Sharp problem-solving instincts and a get-it-done attitude.
• Comfortable juggling multiple shipments and priorities at once.
• English B2+ resume must be submitted in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own communication with customers, carriers, drivers, warehouses, and suppliers, daily calls, emails, and texts to keep shipments moving
• Flag delays, exceptions, and status changes proactively, before anyone has to ask
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues when freight doesn't go as planned
• Coordinate transportation based on weight, dimensions, and delivery windows
• Choose the right shipping method (ground, LTL, FTL) for cost and speed
• Review purchase orders and help vet carrier partners on price and reliability
• Support ongoing efforts to reduce monthly freight spend
• Keep internal systems updated and help refine how we run logistics day to day

NNC is a U.S.-based e-commerce distributor with 10+ years supplying wire, cable, and industrial electrical products to commercial and industrial clients across the U.S. and internationally.

We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator to sit at the center of our shipping operation: the link between customers, warehouses, suppliers, and carriers. This role starts heavy on communication and customer service, and as you grow into it, you'll take on more dispatching, PO review, and carrier rate negotiation. So while 1 year of experience is preferred (not a dealbreaker), you should already be comfortable with the basics of track & trace, dispatching, freight forwarding, and LTL/FTL shipping — and your English needs to be strong, spoken, and written.

• Up to $1,000 USD/month
