Formación

• Advanced English required (speaking and writing).
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or similar roles.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor shipment status and location to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain constant contact with drivers, carriers, and team members to provide real-time updates.
• Coordinate immediate solutions to minimize service disruptions.
