Job summary

Lendyx LLC in Bogotá is seeking a meticulous Loan Processor to move loan files from signed term sheets to funded status. You will coordinate borrowers, title, insurance, and other partners, while keeping CRM and LOS updated to reflect real-time progress.

You are highly organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple deals with urgency and accuracy, ensuring clean closings and clear communication across internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and computer skills - PDFs / email / systems.
• High personal standards: accuracy, speed, responsiveness.
• Lending/real estate experience is a plus, but not required (we'll train the right person).

Responsibilities

• Own active loan files end-to-end and keep each file moving forward daily.
• Request, collect, and organize borrower documents (ID, bank statements, entity docs, etc.).
• Review docs for completeness and inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with third parties: title/closing agent, insurance agent, HOA, and other vendors.
• Maintain clean communication: status updates, next steps, timelines, and follow-ups.
• Keep systems updated (CRM / LOS) so the team always knows what's happening.
