StaffBridge Inc in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a highly organized Loan Processor to support loan and investor pipeline management, financial monitoring, research, and deal coordination. You will maintain and update loan, investor, and deal pipelines, organize notes and action items, coordinate documentation to advance deals, and conduct financial research to support underwriting and investor diligence.

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, lending, or loan processing.
• Strong organization, research, and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

We’re looking for a highly organized Loan Processor to support loan and investor pipeline management, financial monitoring, research, and deal coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and update loan, investor, and deal pipelines
• Organize notes, action items, and follow-ups
• Coordinate documentation and deliverables needed to advance deals
• Conduct financial and business research
• Track borrower financial statements and outstanding documentation
• Monitor construction milestones, inspections, and insurance requirements
• Track tenant improvement reimbursements and balloon payment maturities
• Maintain accurate records and escalated overdue items or exceptions
