You will maintain and update loan, investor, and deal pipelines, organize notes and action items, coordinate documentation to advance deals, and conduct financial research to support underwriting and investor diligence.

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, lending, or loan processing.
• Strong organization, research, and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update loan, investor, and deal pipelines.
• Organize notes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate documentation and deliverables to advance deals.
• Conduct financial and business research.
• Track borrower financial statements and documents.
• Monitor construction milestones, inspections, and insurance requirements.
• Track tenant improvement reimbursements and balloon payment maturities.
• Maintain records and escalate overdue items.
