Anchor Loans, LP in Bogotá is seeking a Structuring & Pricing Associate to support the financial analysis, modeling, and structuring of transactions across our lending platform. You will work closely with analysts, senior associates, and leadership to evaluate opportunities, develop financial models, and prepare analyses that guide pricing decisions.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field, 2–4 years’ experience, and strong Excel and analytical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, real estate finance, private credit, or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate loan transactions and investment opportunities.
• Support structuring and pricing by analyzing performance, risk factors, and returns.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario testing for key assumptions.
• Prepare loan term sheets and supporting analyses for new transactions.
• Assist in investment committee materials and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Originations, Credit, and Valuations teams to align assumptions.
• Review and validate financial models for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain structuring templates, tools, and dashboards; contribute to process improvements.
