Formación

• 5+ years in customer or integrated marketing or campaign management.
• Experience with creative teams or agencies.
• Strong project management and multi initiative handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated acquisition, nurture, retention, and upsell campaigns across channels.
• Align campaigns with sales objectives, revenue goals, and business priorities.
• Partner with agencies to develop direct mail, email, and other campaigns.
• Create customer segmentation for personalized communications.
• Manage timelines, creative development, approvals, and execution.
