WITHIN – Marketing Account Manager

About the Role

Are you interested in expanding your career in Lifecycle marketing? The WITHIN team is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, motivated Account Manager who is willing to take the lead across multiple retention channels such as email, SMS, push and loyalty. This is a unique opportunity in a rapidly expanding company located in Bogotá, Colombia.

Responsibilities

• Work across a portfolio of clients managing day to day while driving strategy towards longer term objectives
• Daily account management and optimization
• Implementing proprietary technology and best practices
• Responsible for driving, creating, managing, optimizing and reporting on campaigns
• Define and implement measurement strategies and delivering insights reports that align with client marketing and business objectives
• Interface and partnering with SBUs such as creative, client service and analytics
• Manage client calls and conduct client presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years of experience in retention marketing at an agency, brand or ad tech partner)
• Experience with ESP’s (SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Klavyio are preferred)
• Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Experience and/or passion working with DTC brands
• General business acumen
• Strong project management and ability to lead
