Jobvite, Inc. is seeking an Email Graphic Designer for a remote, indefinite-term contract. The role focuses on turning briefs into on-brand promotional emails and automated flows, with strong emphasis on DTC/ecommerce email design.

You’ll design desktop and mobile emails in Figma, maintain clean files, and collaborate with Campaign Managers and Copywriters to deliver high-quality campaigns while meeting tight 48-hour turnarounds.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with strong focus on DTC/ecommerce email design.
• Portfolio showing promotional emails and flows across multiple brand styles.
• Advanced Figma skills (auto-layout, components).

Responsabilidades

• Turn briefs and copy into clean, on-brand emails and flows.
• Design desktop and mobile layouts quickly in Figma using auto-layout and components.
• Manage quick turnarounds (48-hour per brief) across multiple client styles.
• Build and maintain clean Figma files and reusable email sections/templates.
• Collaborate with Campaign Managers, Program Managers, and Copywriters to prep designs for build/production teams.

Location: Accepting candidates from Bogota, Medellin or Cali. Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM COT & Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM COT

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turning creative briefs and copy into clean, on‑brand promotional emails and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase).
• Designing desktop and mobile layouts quickly in Figma using auto‑layout, components, and live text best practices.
• Managing quick turnarounds (48‑hour standard per brief) across multiple client styles simultaneously.
• Building and maintaining clean, organized Figma files and reusable email sections/templates. Applying internal and client feedback efficiently within fast revision turnarounds.
• Collaborating closely with Campaign Managers, Program Managers, and Copywriters to prepare designs for build/production teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with strong focus on DTC/ecommerce email design.
• Proven portfolio showing promotional emails, welcome flows, abandoned cart flows, and work across multiple distinct brand styles.
• Advanced Figma skills (auto‑layout, organized layers, components).
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, visual hierarchy, mobile responsiveness, and email rendering standards (live text vs. image blocks).
• Ability to work fast, independently, and manage multiple tight deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written English skills for seamless asynchronous communication and feedback handling.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working in an agency environment managing multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Understanding of email performance metrics (CTR, revenue per recipient) or basic platform knowledge (Klaviyo)
