Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT by translating logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions. You will collaborate with development teams to optimize Manhattan Scale and Active WMS implementations.

The role requires deep expertise in WMS configuration, system integration, and Agile delivery, with a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SCM and Manhattan certification preferred. Mexico location with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise apps; 6–8 yrs with Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS config, SQL, and system integration standards.
• Proven end-to-end testing, issue triage, and stakeholder bridging.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog & requirements: translate into epics and stories for dev teams.
• Lead technical integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, interfaces.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and UAT readiness for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
