Otis Colombia is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Cartagena for full-time local terms. You will greet travelers, assist with tickets and baggage, and resolve issues with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will interact with international customers in airports, handle inquiries, and support operations across Otis Colombia's locations. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish, strong communication, and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Spanish
• Ability to travel to training locations abroad
• Ability to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in Colombia without sponsorship
• Ability to obtain a valid US Visa

Responsabilidades

• Receive and direct incoming calls, greet customers, and advise on baggage handling
• Prepare tickets, determine fares and routing to meet passenger travel needs
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner to build loyalty and resolve issues
• Respond to emergency calls to resolve escalations and minimize downtime
