Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Comfortable with computers and mobile devices
• Physically able to stand and walk for the shift
• Willing to travel for training
• Able to work any shift within a 24/7 operation
• Legally authorized to work in Colombia without sponsorship
• Able to obtain a valid US Visa

Responsibilities

• Receiving and directing incoming calls, greeting customers, tagging and handling baggage
• Preparing tickets, determining fares and routing
• Interacting with customers to craft memorable experiences and build loyalty
• Proactively assisting customers and maintaining responsibility when issues arise
• Maintain safety standards throughout the shift
