EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Go Language Developer to architect scalable backend systems and improve automated testing practices. You will work with cross-functional teams, drive architectural decisions, and elevate engineering quality across projects.

You will interact with customers, build robust testing frameworks, and champion reliable operations with monitoring and thorough documentation. Strong Go, AWS, and PostgreSQL skills are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of direct, applicable experience building applications using Go.
• Experience guiding and overseeing development teams (1+ year).
• Background architecting, deploying, and sustaining cloud-hosted web services/microservices, with AWS experience as a plus.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
