EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Chief Full-Stack Developer with strong Java and GCP expertise to drive modern commerce platforms.

You will lead and shape technical decisions, develop backend services across payments, loyalty and promotions, and guide teams through complex problems—ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure systems. The role requires hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, microservices, and cloud deployments, with a focus on AI-assisted workflows and integration.

Formación

• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years leading and managing teams.
• Backend with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building Front-End components using ReactJS.
• Experience in building REST APIs and microservices.
• Exposure to AI-assisted or agent-based workflows and backend integrations.
• Cloud experience with GCP and/or Azure.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain backend services supporting payment, loyalty, promotion, and other commerce domain systems.
• Facilitate AI-driven checkout flows with appropriate validations and safeguards.
• Guarantee scalability, reliability, and compliance across all systems.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to shape technical solutions supporting business objectives.
• Take part in code reviews to uphold quality, performance, and security standards.
• Help shape architectural decisions for long-term growth and stability.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Guide team members and support their ongoing technical growth.
