EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer with deep Java and GCP expertise to build and guide modern commerce platforms. You will design backend services for payments, loyalty, and promotions while mentoring a growing team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that align with business goals. You will enable AI-assisted checkout flows, ensure scalable systems, and contribute to architecture decisions for long-term growth and security.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year leading and managing teams.
• Strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing front-end components using ReactJS.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted or agent-based workflows and backend integrations.
• Cloud experience with GCP and/or Azure.
