EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build scalable web systems across frontend and backend with strong ownership. You will design, implement, and test interfaces using gRPC, Kotlin, TypeScript, and React while optimizing data in DynamoDB and PostgreSQL.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, performance improvements, and reliable production deployments within AWS and CI/CD pipelines.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-stack web engineering delivering production systems.
• Strong TypeScript experience with a modern component framework (React preferred).
• Strong JVM backend proficiency with Kotlin or Java, or TypeScript for shared libraries.
• Strong API development skills with gRPC + protobuf, plus HTTP/REST.
• Data modeling for DynamoDB and PostgreSQL to support features.
• Proficiency in AWS, containers, and CI/CD in production contexts.
• Solid testing discipline across unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Cross-team ownership and design leadership for architectural decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with stakeholders; English at B2 level.

• Define and maintain service interfaces using gRPC/protobuf and REST endpoints.
• Model and optimize data in DynamoDB and PostgreSQL to support product features.
• Improve performance across browser runtime, service latency, and data access paths.
• Ensure quality with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and release criteria.
• Operate within AWS, containers, and CI/CD to deliver changes safely.
• Lead technical design discussions and drive cross-team alignment on architecture.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventative measures.
