SoftServe is seeking an experienced AI/Computer Vision Architect to define the technical vision for CV and generative AI initiatives. You will lead production-ready pipelines and collaborate with clients and data scientists to deliver scalable visual AI solutions across multi-modal capabilities.

You will mentor engineers, advance engineering standards, and contribute to leadership activities within a broad AI and Data Science Center of Excellence.

Formación

• Experience delivering end-to-end computer vision systems in production.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, multimodal systems, and vision-language models.
• Proven ability to lead CV engineering teams and mentor engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Define the technical vision for CV systems and align with business goals.
• Lead design and delivery of production-ready CV pipelines using PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT, or Triton.
• Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps, ML architects, and clients to translate requirements.
• Architect generative and multimodal AI models optimized for production.
• Establish engineering processes for training pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Mentor CV engineers and drive technical growth.
• Contribute to leadership through publications and client engagements.
