SoftServe is seeking a senior ML engineering leader to set the technical direction for ML systems across LLMOps, multimodal pipelines, and agentic AI within its AI and Data Science CoE in Colombia. You will bridge research and production, lead cross-functional teams, define scalable architectures on AWS/Azure/GCP, and ensure observability, security, and quality across projects.

Formación

• Advanced degree or equivalent in CS or ML.
• Proven track record delivering production ML systems.
• Experience with LLMs, NLP, and multimodal models.
• Strong CI/CD and cloud infra experience.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Mentorship and team leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive technical standards for end-to-end ML systems.
• Oversee production-grade LLMOps pipelines and observability.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration translating business needs into ML solutions.
• Advance agentic AI capabilities with multi-agent systems.
• Improve ML engineering processes, CI/CD/CT and cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor ML Engineers and promote best practices.
• Contribute to technical strategy and client engagements within the CoE.
