SoftServe is seeking an advanced AI/ML specialist to design and deploy Generative AI and agentic solutions across the full ML lifecycle. You will work with a team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Architects to deliver autonomous systems that drive measurable client outcomes.

You will design multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, image/text generation solutions, and scalable DL models with cloud deployment. Strong communication skills and English proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
• Advanced Python proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow for model development.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and NLP, including transformer models, LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
• Solid understanding of diffusion models for text and image generation.
• Working knowledge of LangGraph or CrewAI for agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions to major cloud providers and managing the full ML lifecycle.
• Proficiency in English (Upper-intermediate or higher).

• Research, prototype, and deliver scalable DL solutions across NLP and agentic AI from experimentation to production.
• Design data-driven experiments and analyses across cloud platforms to generate actionable insights.

About The Role

In this role, you will develop and deploy advanced Generative AI and agentic solutions - from autonomous multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines to large-scale NLP applications - within SoftServe's AI and Data Science Center of Excellence, a team of 170+ experts, including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Architects. Working across the full ML lifecycle, you'll bring together cutting-edge generative models and agentic frameworks to deliver autonomous systems that drive measurable client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced Generative AI and agentic solutions - including multi-agent systems, intelligent assistants, and agentic RAG pipelines - delivering measurable impact across diverse client domains
• Build and operationalize end-to-end ML pipelines covering data analysis, experiment design, model fine-tuning, and cloud deployment, ensuring reliability and reproducibility in production
• Drive successful project delivery in close collaboration with Data Scientists and Engineers, gathering requirements from clients and translating complex AI outputs for non-technical stakeholders
• Design and orchestrate agentic workflows using LangGraph or CrewAI to automate complex reasoning, data analysis, and autonomous decision-making at scale
• Develop multimodal solutions for language generation, text synthesis, and image creation, applying the latest generative AI and diffusion model techniques
• Research, prototype, and deliver scalable deep learning solutions across NLP and agentic AI domains, from initial experimentation through to production
• Design and execute data-driven experimentation and analysis plans across cloud platforms, generating actionable insights that inform business decisions

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Advanced Python proficiency with hands-on experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow for model development, training, and experimentation
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and NLP, including transformer models, LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini), and fine-tuning methodologies for domain-specific applications
• Solid understanding of diffusion models and generative frameworks for text and image generation
• Working knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI, and familiarity with multi-agent system design and autonomous decision-making patterns
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions to major cloud providers, with knowledge of the full ML lifecycle and model operationalization
• Familiarity with Big Data solutions and advanced data tools in cloud environments
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with proficiency in communicating complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both spoken and written
