EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a seasoned Java Tech Lead to steer engineering teams, drive architectural decisions, and deliver scalable software solutions. You will mentor engineers, optimize development processes, and ensure timely delivery with high quality.

You will act as a technical role model, lead hiring and career development, and take ownership of subsystems or entire projects, while maintaining rigorous testing practices.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience (Java).
• Expertise in Java 11+.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
• Strong knowledge of unit testing and TDD.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Nice to have Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Front-end development experience with Angular or React.
