EPAM Systems, Inc. in Colombia seeks a Senior Fullstack Developer to bridge business needs with technical execution across a distributed, cross-functional environment.

You will bring engineering rigor to fast-moving, ambiguous problems while helping shape how emerging technologies are adopted at scale. This role focuses on building agentic workflows that connect enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow and Jira, with AWS-backed integrations and secure access controls.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on full-stack engineering with delivery experience.
• Strong command of TypeScript/JavaScript with React or similar frontend framework.
• Backend development with Node.js or Python, API/integration design experience.
• Experience delivering AI/LLM-powered solutions (tool calls, RAG, agents, MCP, prompts).
• AWS delivery experience (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch) and enterprise auth like SSO/Okta.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR to align hours for real-time collaboration.
• Transform loosely defined use cases into architecture, UX/flow design, API contracts, and a ready backlog for the India team.
• Design and integrate agentic workflows connecting Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, and Oracle HCMT.
• Own complex integration challenges including authentication, MCP tool access, data contracts, RBAC, error handling, and production cutover.
• Collaborate daily with the India-based pod, clarify requirements, review PRs, remove integration blockers, and ensure release quality.
• Build prototypes covering UI, agent flow, or MCP/LLM paths and transition to production-ready backlog for the India team.
• Embed security, observability, and reusability so each agent becomes a durable enterprise asset.
