EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to act as a highly autonomous, business-facing technical lead. You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver production-ready software without the support of a BA or Scrum Master.

To achieve this high-speed, end-to-end delivery, you will deeply integrate GitHub Copilot and other AI assistants into your daily development cycle. In this role you will own delivery from concept to live deployment, mentor engineers,

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year leading engineering teams.
• Full-stack with .NET(C#) and Angular.
• Experience deploying on AWS.
• Daily use of AI copilots in development workflow.
• Strong business communication and agile delivery.
• Excellent debugging, code review, and security auditing.
• Fluent English (C1+).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary technical contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Translate high-level goals into actionable technical plans and roadmaps.
• Own the full delivery process from concept to live deployment.
• Make independent decisions on architecture, tooling, and implementation with minimal oversight.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical and business goals.
• Identify risks early and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Mentor and guide team members to raise engineering quality and efficiency.
• Refine workflows to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.
• Present progress updates and technical decisions to stakeholders in clear terms.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving client needs.
