EPAM Systems in Colombia is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end software and AI-enabled product delivery across LATAM. You will drive relationship with customers, align technology strategies with business goals, and oversee multiple engineering domains in a distributed setting.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with architects and product managers, and scale AI-enabled teams while improving quality, velocity, and governance.

Formación

• 8+ years leading software delivery programs and technical teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed organizations.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development capabilities.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern architectures.
• Experience aligning technology strategy with business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex software and AI-enabled products.
• Lead distributed engineering teams across LATAM on multiple technologies and domains.
• Leverage AI-powered engineering practices to improve quality, velocity, predictability, and outcomes.
• Transform traditional delivery models into AI-first operating models.
• Partner with customers to translate business goals into technology strategies.
• Engage executives to shape roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and develop engineers, architects, and technical leaders.
• Promote DevOps, platform engineering, and modern cloud-native practices.
