EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to design, automate, deploy, and operate an enterprise Amazon Connect platform on AWS.

You will drive end-to-end architecture, security, and reliability across CI/CD, IaC, and integration with AWS services. You will partner with global teams to translate requirements into scalable designs, enforce production readiness, and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality releases.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with Amazon Connect in enterprise environments
• 5+ years of experience with AWS architecture for serverless and event-driven solutions
• Proven technical leadership experience owning platform modernization and operational excellence
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience with Git-driven development and deployment governance
• Advanced Infrastructure as Code skills with AWS CloudFormation and IaC development and maintenance
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency for clear collaboration and documentation

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end design and engineering of an enterprise Amazon Connect platform
• Architect secure, scalable AWS solutions that support contact center workflows and integrations
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable reliable, repeatable releases
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with AWS CloudFormation to automate provisioning and changes
• Own production readiness practices including deployment governance, versioning, and code reviews
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues across cloud services, networking, integrations, and applications
• Coordinate integration patterns between Amazon Connect and AWS services using APIs and events
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and tooling to improve reliability and speed
• Define engineering standards for configuration, security, and observability across the platform
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and delivery plans
