EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Chief DevOps Engineer to lead the design, automation, deployment, and operation of an enterprise Amazon Connect platform using modern Site Reliability Engineering practices.

You will drive reliable operations, establish mature DevOps standards, and guide solutions from concept to production across AWS services and integrations. The role emphasizes hands-on CI/CD, IaC with CloudFormation, and leadership in platform modernization, with opportunities to influence

Formación

• 7+ years of extensive Amazon Connect experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong AWS architecture experience including serverless and event-driven patterns.
• Proven leadership owning platform modernization and technical direction.
• Hands-on CI/CD design and operation of Git-driven pipelines.
• Infrastructure as Code expertise with AWS CloudFormation.
• SRE practices for monitoring, incidents, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design of the Amazon Connect platform architecture and operational model.
• Define and enforce Git-driven engineering practices (branching, reviews, versioning).
• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines for platform components.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code with CloudFormation.
• Automate deployments and governance for reliability and auditability.
• Troubleshoot production issues across AWS services and integrations.
• Establish standards for monitoring, incident response and continuous improvement.
