You will collaborate with engineering, product management, and cross‑site teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and hands‑on leadership to deliver advanced machinery for the battery division.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• Hands-on engineering mindset with design experience.
• Experience in machine concepts for high‑performance production systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop concepts for battery cell assembly machinery aligned with requirements.
• Provide process and equipment expertise for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, product management, and stakeholders.
• Focus on knowledge transfer and applying established technologies to the portfolio.
• Deliver technology support enabling implementation and optimization.
• Integrate into an existing team as a functional leader supporting colleagues.
• Contribute to a European cross‑site team with close cooperation and learning.
