GE Vernova seeks a Lead Engineer to act as the project’s technical authority, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, and cost-efficiency across HV substation projects. The role requires 10+ years in EPC environments, fluent Spanish and advanced English.

You will lead end-to-end technical coordination, ensure cross-discipline alignment, manage schedules and deliverables, provide site support, and travel as needed to client sites and project meetings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or Automation & Control Engineering.
• 10+ years in EPC-type environment in Transmission & Distribution Power Systems, Power Gen or related.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technical coordination of HV substation projects and act as primary interface between internal teams, clients, construction sites, partners, and subcontractors.
• Ensure alignment across disciplines (Primary/Secondary equipment, Protection & Control, Telecom, Civil Works, and Commissioning).
• Define scope boundaries and responsibilities to prevent gaps and overlaps.
• Support sales in defining technical solution strategies and quantities.
• Oversee engineering master schedule and ensure integration with procurement, construction, and commissioning milestones.
