Job summary

WSP USA in Colombia seeks an AI Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable AI-enabled applications. You will integrate LLMs, data pipelines, and semantic components while collaborating with analytics, data science, and product teams. You will implement secure, testable code and support CI/CD for production readiness.

Requires 5+ years of software development experience, with AI exposure, in Python (FastAPI) or Node.js, cloud-native Azure preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.
• 5+ years of software development, incl. 2+ years in AI/LLM systems in production.
• Experience designing end-to-end AI architectures and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack apps with AI/data capabilities.
• Develop backend APIs and cloud-native components for analytics workflows.
• Integrate LLMs, agentic workflows, and NLP into production systems.
