Golder Associates Ltd. is seeking an experienced AI Developer to design and deliver scalable AI‑driven data platforms.

You will integrate LLMs, NLP, and knowledge components, build backend APIs, and collaborate with analytics, data science, and digital product teams to deploy production‑ready solutions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development, strong Python (FastAPI) or Node.js, cloud‑native skills (Azure), and hands‑on experience with embeddings, vector search, and RAG pipelines,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years leading design, deployment, and scaling of AI systems in production.
• Hands-on experience with embeddings, vector search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Strong experience designing end-to-end AI architectures (data ingestion, retrieval, reasoning, user-facing apps).
• Experience with LLM workflows, prompt engineering, evaluation, agent orchestration, and tool integration.
• Cloud-native development experience (Azure preferred), with deployment, monitoring, and cost/performance optimization.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, multi-environment deployments.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications that integrate advanced AI and data capabilities.
• Develop backend APIs and cloud‑native components that support scalable data and analytics workflows.
• Integrate LLMs, agentic workflows, and NLP techniques into production‑ready systems.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of knowledge‑based and data‑driven platforms.
• Develop and integrate data pipelines and knowledge‑driven components into applications.
• Collaborate closely with analytics, data science, knowledge engineering, and digital product teams.
• Work directly with internal teams and clients to translate requirements into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
• Implement secure, maintainable, and testable code aligned with industry best practices.
• Support CI/CD, Git workflows, and DevOps automation.
