The role architects a cohesive development journey, connecting orientation, bootcamps, ongoing learning, and manager enablement across L&D, Talent, and Campus Recruiting, while aligning with enterprise talent priorities.

• Proven experience in managing complex programs

• Ability to translate strategy into runnable development experiences

Responsabilidades

• Architect and evolve an 18-month launcher development journey
• Coordinate cross-functional and regional teams for orientation, bootcamps and ongoing learning
• Monitor progress, risks, and outcomes, adjusting plans as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with enterprise talent priorities
