Moffatt & Nichol is seeking an Entry Level Payroll Coordinator for its Bogota office. The role provides administrative and operational support for payroll processing across Latin America under close supervision.

The candidate will handle data preparation, record maintenance, timekeeping reviews, and payroll reports, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with local requirements. Bilingual English/Spanish or Portuguese is required to collaborate with international teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable).
• Basic understanding of payroll principles; exposure to Latin American payroll.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple payroll cycles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Needs bilingual English/Spanish or Portuguese; English proficiency required for collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Support payroll data preparation for multiple Latin America countries (e.g., Colombia).
• Enter and maintain employee payroll records (new hires, changes, terminations).
• Assist with timekeeping reviews and escalate discrepancies.
• Generate standard payroll reports and maintain payroll documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy per internal procedures and country requirements.
• Respond to basic payroll inquiries and escalate complex issues.
