Job summary

You will manage operational cadences, territory planning, forecasting, and reporting, enabling informed decision-making and scalable processes. Fluency in English and Spanish required; 8+ years in sales ops in tech.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales operations or sales strategy in a mid-to-large-scale tech company.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner to LATAM Sales Leaders: provide data-backed strategies, identify risks early, and develop scalable mechanisms to drive action.
• Lead planning activities, territory planning, account segmentation, target-setting processes and narrative development.
• Drive operational efficiency through GenAI and automation tools (report simplification, process improvement).
• Drive pipeline inspection, forecasting, reporting, business tracking and processes management, ensuring rigor and accountability.
• Coordinate Business Reviews with clear operational and growth insights, trends, and recommended actions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Worldwide Sales Operations, Service Teams, Marketing, and Partner organizations to deliver on business objectives.
