Job summary

Smith and Nephew is seeking an AWM Supply Planner to oversee end-to-end supply planning, inventory optimization, and allocation management across LATAM, Canada, and the United States. You will translate demand signals into implementable plans and ensure product availability.

You will collaborate with Global Supply, Commercial, Finance, and Operations to balance demand, supply, and business priorities and drive continuous improvement across the Americas region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Planning or related Supply Chain roles.
• Experience working in multinational and regional supply chain environments is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SKU-level weekly supply and distribution plans across the Americas.
• Own allocation strategies for constrained products across LATAM, Canada, and the USA.
• Define and manage inventory targets and optimize inventory positioning to minimize backorders and obsolescence.
• Lead the Kinaxis-based planning processes and collaborate with Global Supply, Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
