Investigo is seeking a senior pharmaceutical TechOps/supply chain leader to drive end-to-end integration across LATAM locations and align operations with a global biopharma operating model. This full-time, on-site role is based in São Paulo and oversees cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted product supply.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience leading complex TechOps integrations in pharma, hands-on GMP/GDP knowledge, and strong program leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading complex TechOps integrations or large-scale transformation programs in pharma.
• Hands-on background in pharma supply chain and quality systems (GMP/GDP, QC release, QMS).
• Strong program leadership and stakeholder management in ambiguous environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead TechOps integration activities across LATAM locations from assessment through design and implementation.
• Analyze operating models, processes, data flows, and governance; define integration strategy.
• Develop and execute an integration plan with milestones, resources, and success criteria.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and cross-functional gap assessments; drive adoption.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Planning, Quality, IT, Finance, Regulatory, and other teams.
