Snatch UP Jobs is seeking an Implementation Specialist to manage a LATAM portfolio of retail and supply chain customers on an independent contractor basis. You’ll lead onboarding, drive adoption, and work with product, engineering, and data teams while travel to customer sites when needed.

Requirements include 2–5 years in SaaS customer success with retail focus, fluency in Spanish and English, and a strong analytical mindset with Excel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• 2–5 years in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management focused on retail.
• Spanish at native level and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel; SQL a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own a book of retail accounts and keep them healthy, satisfied, and renewing.
• Run regular check-ins, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
• Monitor product usage to spot risks and opportunities early, then drive value delivery.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, TAMs, engineers, and product to deliver on time and scope.
• Maintain clean records in HubSpot and report health metrics to leadership.
