Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own a retail-focused LATAM portfolio. This remote, independent contractor role involves guiding adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value across Colombia, Mexico, and other LATAM markets.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data, lead onboarding, and drive measurable outcomes while enabling cross-functional teams to deliver on time and scope. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 2-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management at a SaaS company with a focus on retail customers.

Responsabilidades

• Own a book of retail accounts and keep them healthy, satisfied, and renewing.
• Run regular check-ins, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
• Monitor how customers use the product and spot risks and growth opportunities.
• Retain and grow accounts through structured engagement and measurable value delivery.
• Lead onboarding from start to finish and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Find upsell and expansion opportunities through ongoing relationships.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Support, and Data to solve problems and implement solutions.
• Keep records in HubSpot and share updates over Slack and internal reports.
