Snatch UP Jobs is seeking an Implementation Manager for the LATAM team. This independent contractor role involves managing a portfolio of retail accounts, guiding onboarding, and driving measurable ROI.

You will collaborate with Sales, TAMs, engineers, and product to forecast demand, optimize inventory decisions, and expand opportunities across accounts. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; remote work from LATAM is supported.

Formación

• 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management or Project Management at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on retail operations experience preferred (inventory, forecasting, assortment, pricing).
• Bachelor's degree required; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Spanish at native level and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and excellent Excel; SQL a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own a book of retail accounts and manage health, renewal, and satisfaction.
• Lead onboarding, check-ins, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Collaborate with TAMs, engineering, and product to deliver on scope.
• Identify upsell opportunities and demonstrate measurable ROI.
• Track customer health metrics and report to leadership.
