Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own a retail-focused book of LATAM accounts in a remote capacity. You will manage onboarding, engagement, and expansion, partnering with Sales, TAMs, and engineering to deliver measurable ROI across customer journeys.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in SaaS customer success with retail ops experience, fluent English and native Spanish, plus strong data skills. Remote in LATAM with occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Formación

• 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or PM in SaaS focused on retail customers.
• Hands-on retail operations: inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, pricing, promotions.
• Bachelor's degree required; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Spanish native level; fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel; SQL a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a book of retail accounts; keep them healthy, satisfied, and renewing.
• Run regular check-ins, QBRs, and strategic planning with customers.
• Lead onboarding from start to finish and ensure go-lives go smoothly.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Data; turn feedback into inputs.
• Maintain accurate health metrics in HubSpot and share leadership updates.
