Snatch UP Jobs is seeking an Implementation Manager to join its LATAM team. This independent contractor role focuses on managing a portfolio of retail customers, driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value.

Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years in customer success at a SaaS company, strong retail operations knowledge, and fluency in Spanish and English. Located in Colombia or Mexico preferred. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

Formación

• 2-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management at a SaaS company focused on retail.
• Hands-on retail operations experience including inventory planning and pricing.
• Spanish at native level and fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a portfolio of retail accounts ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead onboarding processes for new customers ensuring smooth go-lives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer-related issues.
