Snatch UP Jobs is looking for an Inventory Planner to join their LATAM team. This independent contractor role involves managing a portfolio of retail and supply chain customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving engagement through effective strategies.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS, strong retail operations knowledge, and fluency in Spanish and English. This is a remote position based in Colombia or Mexico, with occasional travel required.

Formación

• 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management at a SaaS company focused on retail customers.
• Hands-on retail operations experience including inventory planning, demand forecasting, and promotions.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
