Job summary

Generation Colombia seeks a Program Coordinator to coordinate training phase logistics and operational activities across its programs. The role is remote in Colombia with travel within the country, starting in November 2026 and ending in October 2027.

You will manage onboarding, daily program delivery, learner support, stipends, and resource distribution while coordinating with the C&I Coordinator to monitor learner progress and outcomes and improve operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English in speaking and writing.
• Experience developing program procedures and resources.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with target delivery.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for learners, responding to inquiries and escalating issues per protocols.
• Execute learner onboarding activities and validate readiness for Day 1.
• Support day-to-day program delivery in collaboration with the C&I Coordinator.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and issues with troubleshooting and mitigation plans.
• Track learner progress and outcomes, produce interim performance reports, and suggest improvements.
• Manage learner stipends and resource distribution (laptops, internet access, cameras, financial support).
• Monitor resource usage and compliance with program policies.
• Support mentorship processes by tracking participation and dropout risks.
• Participate in weekly calls to troubleshoot outcomes and plan additional support.
