Job summary

Good Business Lab is seeking a Research Associate LatAm for an 8-month fixed-term, remote in Colombia. You will design and analyze experiments, manage large datasets in R/STATA, and help translate results into actionable insights for policy and business impact.

Collaboration with leading academics will shape research on worker well-being and development economics. The role requires strong econometrics, causal inference, and data engineering skills, with bilingual (English/Spanish) communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in R and STATA; Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, implementation and analysis of experimental and quasi-experimental projects.
• Apply econometric modeling to development economics questions.
• Develop automated workflows for data cleaning and variable generation.
