Job summary

Cochlear seeks a Marketing Product Manager Cochlear Implants Systems to join the LATAM Marketing team. You will manage the regional portfolio, lead product launches and craft value propositions aligned with LATAM priorities.

Collaborating with Global Marketing, Sales and Regulatory teams, you will drive growth, deliver measurable outcomes and unlock opportunities across Latin America through strategic initiatives and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Product Management or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in strategic business management or related field.
• Strong experience in product positioning and GTM strategies.
• LATAM market knowledge and regional business practices.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional portfolio of Nucleus cochlear implants and sound processors.
• Lead regional product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop customer segmentation, value propositions and differentiated product messaging.
• Contribute to pricing strategies and portfolio optimization decisions.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory and other stakeholders.
• Provide product training and sales enablement materials.
