Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or distributor management.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese preferred; combined education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned distributors to support sales, product adoption, and market growth in designated LATAM markets.
• Coordinate regional commercial strategies with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide product training to distributor teams to ensure consistent messaging and knowledge.
• Assist distributors with clinical demonstrations, product evaluations, and education initiatives with hospitals and providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve distributor effectiveness and execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to distributor leadership and regional management with market insights and guidance.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and clinical staff to support distributor execution and gather market data.
• Gather market intelligence on competitive activity, customer feedback, and trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, logistics, and finance to support regional activities.
• Represent Cordis at distributor meetings, training sessions, and LATAM events.
• Escalate risks and strategic recommendations to regional leadership for alignment.
